Here’s What We’re Looking For

This is for the “we were doing fine until…” moment. You know the one. Everything was on track, and then something happened that absolutely was not on your calendar.

A job loss. A medical issue. An expense that showed up uninvited.

If that’s where you are, you’re exactly who we’re here for.

And yes, we’ll also connect with your landlord to confirm details so there are no surprises.

1

You’re at risk of eviction due to an unexpected, no-fault financial emergency (meaning something outside your control — not, “I quit my job on a whim” or were terminated for cause.)

2

You’ve received a late or eviction notice

3

You have at least one child under 18 living at home

4

You’ve lived in your current apartment or apartment community for at least 12 months

5

You had a solid rent history before things went sideways

6

You haven’t received other rental assistance for this situation

7

You’ve followed your lease terms

8

You plan to stay where you are

9

You have a plan for future income

10

Your balance is two months of rent or less
